I help busy people reach their fitness goals.
I am passionate about fitness! I love to be active. In the winter, I snowboard in Tahoe with the Epic Pass. I like to compete in my gym’s friendly competitions. I’ve done the Escape from Alcatraz swim. I usually sign up when a friend says they are doing a fun run like the IPA 10k, Bay to Breakers, Wharf to Wharf, Turkey Trot, etc. On regular weeks, you’ll find me mixing lifting weights and metabolic conditioning for fun work outs. I think exercise should be enjoyed! There’s nothing better than the endorphins coursing through our bodies after a workout.
